Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Quantackle (OPC) Pvt Ltd (“Quantackle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the company that operates WorkMemoir (the “Service”). WorkMemoir is the product; Quantackle is the company you are contracting with. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts and Credentials

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to store or share unlawful content, malware, or content that infringes others’ rights.
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service (including via bots or scraping).
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the career content you store in WorkMemoir. You grant Quantackle a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. This license ends when you delete your account or content.

6. Confidential and Employer Information

You are responsible for what you store. Do not upload information you are legally or contractually obligated to keep confidential (for example, employer confidential or client data). WorkMemoir does not provide employers or third parties with access to your account.

7. AI-Generated Output

Some Service features generate content using artificial intelligence. AI output is generated from the information you provide and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it professionally. WorkMemoir does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional career advice. WorkMemoir may update the AI models or providers used to deliver these features from time to time to improve or maintain the Service.

8. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay (we never store your full card number). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

9. Service Availability and Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantackle’s total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or non-payment, with notice where reasonably practicable.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Delhi, India, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
